计划管理的核心三要素是人、事和时。其中的事就是要抓住堵塞和风险点,来应对突发。不管是生活还是工作中的事情,意外经常发生,需要提前预判可能的风险并做好应急方案,对可能成为风险的点预留一定的处理时间。

提前预判应对突发事件还有一个好处就是当真的发生了意外的时候,你可以从容的去面对,心态有时候对于处理事情的成败有决定性的影响。计划之后的复盘时,也可以根据之前的预判方案来不断的迭代,长此以往可以做到对事情有极强的驾驭能力,提升每天工作的幸福感。
