Effective decision

Cognition and understanding are the basis of decision-making, but it does not mean that a certain decision will be made. Wrong cognition or understanding does not necessarily lead to wrong decision-making results. Decision-making results may be very effective due to mistakes and collisions, but this will affect our subsequent judgment and analysis.
Consciously distinguish between what is a decision and what is the action that revolves around the decision. There is a kind of rush in work that we are busy with the actions assigned to us by the leader but ignore the decision of the leader. Can one more ask why this is done?

有效决策
认知和理解是决策的基础，但并不意味着一定会做出某个决策。错误的认知或者理解并不一定会导致错误的决策结果，决策结果可能会因为误打误撞而效果很好，但这样会影响我们后面的判断分析。
有意识的区分什么是决策，什么事围绕着决策作出的行动，工作中有一种瞎忙是我们忙于领导布置给我们的行动而却忽略了领导的决策。可以多问一个这样做是为什么？
